SHIPPING & RETURNS

At St. SÔLAIS, every order is prepared with intention and care. We are committed to delivering your products securely, efficiently, and with the elevated experience you expect from our brand. Please review the following guidelines before completing your purchase.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time begins after processing is complete.

  • Domestic Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Domestic Express: 2–3 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations.

Shipping Details 

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrectly entered addresses. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please ensure it is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If shipping to a business address, include the company name and recipient’s full name to avoid delays. St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. Express shipping services are not available for P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for express delivery.

Tracking & Split Shipments

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. In certain cases, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package. Tracking becomes active once the carrier scans the package into their system.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information is provided once your order has dispatched. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. If your order shows delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for carrier-related delays, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Holidays

  • Natural events

If your tracking indicates “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Confirm with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Disputed Shipments & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain brand integrity, we monitor for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

In cases involving:

  • Claims of non-delivery despite carrier confirmation

  • Returned items showing signs of use

  • Returns that do not match the original order

St. SÔLAIS reserves the right to request supporting documentation, withhold refunds, and restrict future purchases if necessary.

Any shipping dispute must be reported within 14 days of the carrier marking the order as delivered.

International Orders

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for customs-related delays.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items remain unused, unopened, and in original condition with all seals intact. Items that have been altered, opened, or tested are not eligible for exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

At St. SÔLAIS, we are committed to delivering products of the highest integrity. Items purchased directly from stsolais.com must be returned exclusively to St. SÔLAIS. We accept returns on unopened or gently unused products within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from stsolais.com

  • The product must be unused or gently unused

  • Protective seals (if applicable) must remain intact

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping

St. SÔLAIS does not cover return shipping costs for general returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us promptly. Upon verification, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
