Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must remain sealed and in its original condition

• Protective seals must remain intact

• The item must not be opened, tested, or altered in any way

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for refund. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on: opened or used products, items marked final sale, and gift cards. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as St. SÔLAIS is not responsible for lost return packages.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
